Passed away at home on 24th March 2018, aged 66 years. Loving father of Bert and Julie, and Julie and Ray. Much loved Grandad of Tyler Rose, Kade and Jasmin. A service for Hoey will be held at The Waiuku Rugby Club, 43 King Street, Waiuku on Thursday 29th March, at 1:00pm.
