Died peacefully at Middlemore Hospital on 18th January 2021. Aged 84 years. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Carol for 60 years. Dearly loved Dad of Martin and Malinda, Kelvin and Karyn. Dear Grandad to Kate, Josh, Nicole and Jordan and Grandpa to James, Lauren and Claire. Forever in our hearts. A service to celebrate Dave's life will be held at Grahams Chapel, West St, Tuakau, on Friday 22nd January at 1pm, thereafter private cremation.
