Passed away peacefully at the Palms Hospital Pukekohe on the 28th of January 2018 aged 89 years. Loved Mum of Jim and the late Ann, Rod and Carol and Cathy and Keryn. Loved Nana and Great Nan to Dan, Sarah and Family, Lena, Alex and family. Loved Nana Pat and Aunty Pat to all her extended family in NZ, Australia and America. A special thanks to the hospital staff at Palms for their care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Red Cross Meals on Wheels service, and can be left at the service. Pat's service will be held at Grahams Funeral Home, West Street Tuakau on Thursday 1st of February at 11am.
